Dean Noble, joined the Elings Park Foundation as Executive Director in 2019. The 230-acre park is currently having a renaissance with record-setting growth and revenue. Most recently, Noble was Director of Marketing for Santa Barbara Zoo leading a marketing team that created popular events, shows, and programming that have become part of local culture. During his 13-year tenure, the Zoo consistently set all-time attendance and revenue records. Previously, he served on the Universal Studios Japan team for ten years, and opened the $2 billion Universal Studios theme park in Osaka, Japan. Noble also spent seven years in feature film development and acquisitions with independent studio ITC Entertainment, and had a brief stint working in celebrity image licensing representing Albert Einstein and Steve McQueen at the Roger Richman Agency in Beverly Hills. Originally from Hawaii, Noble holds an MBA from California Lutheran University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Pepperdine University.
